Hostal Sabina.
Hostal Sabina is another of possibly hundreds of hostels cast about the city of Oaxaca. Hostels are everywhere and impossible to miss, even if in fact they mostly seem to occupy rooftops. These places often advertise what they offer, some, most, probably, offer pretty much just hot water and hammocks. The Hostal Sabina is in a tightly packed and traveled downtown zone of narrow, busy commercial streets. The experience here promises to diverge from what you'd expect nearer the historical center of Oaxaca, say those hostels around the chocolate and mole factories on and near the downtown street 20 de Noviembre.
Busy area with baroque Santo Domingo Church & museum, plus street food at Mercado 20 de Noviembre.

Short, honest notes are more useful than long ones. A few sentences about what worked, what surprised you, and who the hotel is best for will go a long way.
